Origin
It started with one X post in 2025: “Mr. Etherium’s fun way to chat with L2 friends using Mr Blobby since EIP-4844.” The post showed classic Mr. Blobby screaming and instantly became the canonical way to explain or joke about blob transactions.

CREATE A Ethereum WALLET
Set up your Metamask Wallet or any Ethereum-compatible wallet
to manage transactions effortlessly.

GET MAINNET ETH
Deposit ETH (Ethereum) from the mainnet into your wallet,
which you'll later use for transactions on the Ethereum
network.

Swap to $MRB
To swap ETH for MRB using Uniswap, open uniswap, go to the Swap menu, select ETH in the “From”
field, paste the MRB token address in the “To”
field, enter the amount of ETH you want to swap, review
the details, and press Swap.

Manage tokens
Check your transaction status in Metamask under the
“Activity” tab, and to view your Mr. Blob tokens, open
your wallet, go to “Manage Token List,” paste the
Mr. Blob contract address, enable it, and your tokens
will appear in your wallet.
